Important Covid Update – We are fully open again from Dec 03 2021 Friday!
According to the latest update from the Ministry of Health, as an allied health service provider, we are obliged to treat all patients equally, whether they are vaccinated or not. A vaccine pass is not required to access our services under the traffic light system.
Our staff are all fully vaccinated and we will continue to do all we can to ensure a safe and clean environment for everybody. Anyone on site is still required to pass our COVID-19 screening questionnaire, wear a face mask, and scan the QR code.
The Ministry is of the view that in most cases, with vaccinated staff and other precautions in place, that the risks are unlikely to be high enough to provide sufficient justification to deny access to health care on the basis of vaccination status. There is also no evidence that pre-consultation testing of unvaccinated patients is justified. A range of guidance documents have been developed to minimise the risk of transmission of infection and the rate of infection within health care settings has been very low.
