During the class, our fantastic yoga teacher Emma Stone will guide you through a series of gentle Yin yoga poses that promote deep relaxation and increase your flexibility. The poses are held for a longer period of time, allowing your body to sink into a state of relaxation and release tension.


As you relax into the last pose Savasana, our experienced acupuncturists Caren Chen and Xixi Shen will insert small, hair-thin acupuncture needles into specific points on your body to stimulate energy flow and promote natural healing. The acupuncture treatment is gentle, painless, and designed to complement the yoga poses, amplifying the relaxation response.


To deliver a high quality and person-centred care to you, we will tailor your treatment to your individual health situation according to the consultation form that you fill out before class. We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All consultation forms are kept secure and confidential, and will only be seen by our licensed acupuncturists. This personalized attention and care will enhance the value of the class and provide you with the best possible experience.
